Miguel Street

Miguel Street is one of V.S. Naipaul’s early works, often described as a novel-in-stories or a sequence of interconnected short stories. It’s set in Port of Spain, Trinidad (where Naipaul grew up), and portrays life in a poor, lively street through the eyes of a young unnamed narrator.
